My life’s purpose is helping people manage life’s transitions. Prior to the birth of ALink to Resources, my husband and I own and currently operate an Assisted Living Facility. Our facility mirrors a home-like setting, and often we encountered families in search of placements for their loved ones.
We were inspired and compelled to establish Alink to Resources. My 25 years background in social work provides the perfect backdrop to aid families transitioning in life. I worked over 15 years in Superior Court as a Court Advocate providing counseling, community referrals and supportive services to families in crisis. My experience was significantly increased when I accepted a position as a Community Educator providing information and referrals on women’s safety issues. It is my extensive experience working with families that sets the tone for Alink to Resources. Alink to Resources matches needs to services.
Related Work Experience
Fifteen years experience in Superior Court, Victim Advocate, working with families in crises.
Ten years experience as A Community Educator, training families in the area of personal safety.
Currently, Owner/Licensed Administrator
Founder of Alink to Resources. Objective to provide information and resources to persons in need of information regarding the of care seniors and special needs individuals .
Relevant Training
An extensive number of courses to include health finances, chronic illnesses, and social issues that impact seniors. Certified Medication Technician, Certified Nurses Assistant.
